Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for its Jakarta operations. The role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing recruitment administration and onboarding documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing company.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
