Job summary

Meratus Group, a leading Indonesian maritime and logistics operator, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

You will drive high-volume hiring, perform proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, and conduct market mapping and headhunting for managerial roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and is willing to be based in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience with high-volume and executive search (headhunting).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions across the business.
• Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives to support growth and ensure timely hiring.
• Conduct proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search.
• Perform market mapping and headhunting for managerial and niche positions.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with requirements and culture.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs across functions.
• Monitor recruitment progress, metrics, and SLA to achieve targets.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
