• Forecast hiring demand with HRBPs and leaders; build proactive sourcing.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth.
• Oversee team performance, coaching, and process improvements.
• Advise hiring managers on role scope, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and campus outreach.
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and optimize ATS/CRM usage.
