Meratus Group is seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end maritime passenger services across shore terminals and fleet vessels. You will ensure top-tier service standards, oversee food quality, coordinate vendors, and manage embarkation/debarkation operations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management and 3–5 years of experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services.

Oversee end-to-end maritime passenger services across shore terminals and fleet vessels, ensuring top-tier service standards, food quality, vendor coordination, and smooth embarkation/debarkation operations
Service & Facility Ops: Enforce service checklists, maintain shore/ship facilities, verify entertainmentsystems, and coordinate insurance claims.
Terminal & Passenger Handling: Manage passenger/vehicle flow during boarding, VIP manifests, andstandby medical teams.
Logistics & Vendors: Audit food supply quantity/quality, select monthly menus, coordinate vesselberthing schedules, and manage waste disposal.
Strategy & Reporting: Plan terminal promotional events and compile daily/monthly performance & cost-evaluation reports.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Maritime, or Business Management.
3–5 years experience in maritime, hotel, or cruise passenger services.
Strong leadership, vendor management, and operational reporting skills.

The dry bulk logistics, including transhipment operations of offshore floating crane together with tug and barge owning-and-operating business is run by an affiliated company, Meratus Advance Maritim (MDM).

Operations in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta and Tanjung Perak Surabaya are carried out by affiliated companies.

Partnership with Indonesia offshore shipping service provider, Wintermar, in the provision of four Platform Supply Vessels: WM. Makassar, WM. Sulawesi , WM. Natuna and WM. Pacific.
