Job summary

PT. Meratus Line & Group in Balikpapan seeks a Finance professional to manage cash flow at the unit level. You will prepare petty cash availability per business unit, verify the accuracy of supporting documents, and input D365 transactions to time replenishments and PC funds accurately.

You will also process routine cash advances for office needs and monthly dues, ensuring on-time payments. You will monitor outstanding cash advances, report receipts and expenditures per unit, and assist GA to

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting (GPA ≥3.00).
• 2–3 years in a finance role (cash management or cashier).
• Experience supporting General Affairs in a branch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare petty cash availability per business unit.
• Verify correctness of documents and input D365 transactions for timely replenishment of PC funds.
• Process cash advances for office needs and monthly dues, ensuring on-time payments.
• Monitor outstanding cash advances and ensure D365 postings align with P3W requirements.
• Record and report receipts of cash/BG/checks from customers and sales.
• Clear/balance BG or checks into company accounts.
• Carry out cash takings for all petty cash balances per unit.
• Prepare Cash Receipts and Expenditure reports per business unit.

Job description

Prepare the availability of petty cash funds per business unit

Check the correctness of physical documents with his activities

Input transactions in D365 correctly and precisely time for completion / replenishment of PC funds or operational cash advance

Paying cash advance requirements and fees costs for routine office needs/monthly dues correctly and on time

Monitor operational cash advance outstanding and the completion in D365 is in accordance with P3W

Receive, record and report receipt of cash / BG / checks from customers/sales of claimed goods/sales of used goods, etc.

Clearing/cashing BG/checks received into the company account

Carry out cash taking simultaneously for all PC balances per business unit in hand

Report and create Cash Receipts and Expenditure Reports per business unit

Assignment related to GA Reps

Job Requirements :

Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or same major with min GPA 3.00

Min 2-3 years experience as Finance Role (Cash management, Cashier)

Have an experience related to Support General Affair to manage building & needed in branch

Agile, able to work in fast pace, fast learner & fast adaptable.

MDM operates several sets of powerful and modern tugs and jumbo, 394' feet barges and 18,000 mtpd guarantee loading rate of offshore floating crane

Terminal operators and stevedores.

Operations in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta and Tanjung Perak Surabaya are carried out by affiliated companies.

Offshore supply vessels.

Partnership with Indonesia offshore shipping service provider, Wintermar, in the provision of four Platform Supply Vessels: WM. Makassar, WM. Sulawesi , WM. Natuna and WM. Pacific.
