Meratus is seeking a seasoned General Affairs and Facility Manager to lead office standardization across Surabaya and Jakarta, including space planning, layout, interior/exterior design, furniture, and workplace equipment.
You will manage end-to-end office development projects—rebranding, renovation, relayout, and reinstatement—ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards, while overseeing security, cleaning, logistics, and facility operations in the region.
Lead office standardization initiatives, including office classification, space planning, layout, interior and exterior design, furniture, and workplace equipment.
Manage end-to-end office development projects, including rebranding, renovation, relayout, and reinstatement, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards.
Oversee regional General Affairs operations, including security, cleaning services, logistics, and facility management.
Manage office leases, building maintenance, vendor contracts, and facility-related projects across assigned regions.
Supervise procurement and replacement of office furniture, electronic equipment, and other workplace assets.
Oversee asset disposal, waste management, and vehicle administration, including registration renewals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent implementation of company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related function.
Experience managing office renovation, space planning, rebranding, or other facility development projects.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
Good vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities.
