Job summary

Massindo Group in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong candidate network. You will collaborate with hiring managers and university partners to fill critical roles and maintain data in the HRIS.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, has at least 2 years of TA experience, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. This on-site role is based at the Meruya Ilir Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable university
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
• Experience in full-life cycle sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding
• Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to source candidates
• Strong knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (experience in Assessment Process is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with hiring managers
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and able to work under tight schedules
• Willing to work at the Head Office (Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta)

Job Description

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.

Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements

Coordinate with all related departments to ensure all data is accurately entered into the system (Internal program/HRIS) and maintain accurate and up to date records of all onboarding activities

Monitor and track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required trainings and tasks.

Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process

Involve in any projects such as Employer Branding activities.

Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
