Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or IT.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) and search engine algorithms.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and website optimization.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize SEO and search engine performance to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
• Optimize website UI/UX to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics: impressions, CTR, bounce rate, traffic, and conversion.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
• Prepare regular digital performance reports and data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Brand, MIS, E-commerce teams, and external agencies to optimize performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across digital marketing processes.

We are seeking a data-driven professional with strong experience in digital marketing, SEO, website optimization, digital advertising, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize SEO and search engine performance to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.

Optimize website UI/UX to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, including impressions, CTR, bounce rate, traffic, and conversion.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) and search engine algorithms.

Good understanding of UI/UX and website optimization.

Experienced in monitoring and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
