About the role
As an Affiliate Specialist at PT Duta Abadi Primantara (DAP), you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our affiliate marketing channels. This is a full-time role based in Setiabudi,South Jakarta. Your strategic efforts will play a crucial part in expanding our online presence and enhancing our brand's digital footprint.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive sales

Identify, onboard and manage a portfolio of high-performing affiliate partners

Optimise affiliate campaigns through rigorous analysis of data and insights

Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar digital marketing role

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, tracking, and reporting

Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape

Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
