Job summary

PT Duta Abadi Primantara is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth by building strong relationships with retail partners and customers. You will visit stores regularly, share product knowledge, and identify new outlets to expand coverage.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in sales, with preference for candidates from Retail, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Goods sectors. Excellent communication and field-based work are essential.

Job description

PT Duta Abadi Primantara is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive sales growth while building strong relationships with our retail partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to stores/customers within the assigned area to maintain strong and sustainable business relationships.

Deliver product knowledge and ongoing sales program information to Store Owners and Sales Promotion Team (SPT).

Identify and develop potential new outlets, including furniture stores, interior design businesses, electronics stores, factory cooperatives, supermarkets, and other strategic locations.

Monitor and evaluate store sales performance to support the achievement of sales targets.

Recap store orders and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely product delivery.

Collect and report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities as input for sales strategy development.

Conduct regular invoice and payment document collection from stores.

Regularly check DAP product displays in stores, including brand, product type, quantity, barcode, and product condition.

Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

Provide regular market and competitor activity reports to the Area Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales.

Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Premium Consumer Goods is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and store owners.

Comfortable working in a mobile/field-based role and conducting regular customer visits.

Able to analyze and recap sales and stock data and prepare basic reports.

Basic understanding of distribution and delivery processes.

Able to monitor product displays, product placement, and promotional activities in stores.

Detail-oriented in handling invoices and store collection processes.

Target-oriented, proactive, responsive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
