• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate administration to recruitment reporting.
• Review and screen CVs to identify candidates who match the job requirements, and connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, psychological tests, and assessments, including preparing invitations and other recruitment materials.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, while keeping track of recruitment progress and follow-ups.
• Get involved in various recruitment activities, such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus hiring, and other hiring events.
• Work closely with the team and hiring managers to support a smooth and effective recruitment process.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Previous experience or internship in recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment activities.
