Job summary

Peoplyee in Purwakarta is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead mattress fabrics and covers sales across the region. You will drive growth by building and expanding key accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting solutions with a value-based approach.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, plus willingness to travel within Asia for ~50% of time. Benefits include medical insurance, company car with driver, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in B2B sales with full-cycle sales.
• Strong textile product knowledge, including fabrics and color concepts.
• Consistently achieves sales targets with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for mattress fabrics and covers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business accounts.
• Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities, risks, and customer needs.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations using a value-based sales approach.
• Analyze customer requirements and cost-benefit considerations to recommend suitable solutions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product features, pricing, delivery, and related matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Prepare management reports on customer insights, market developments, and potential product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Customer Service, R&D, Production, and Finance teams to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in regional events and trade fairs to expand the commercial network.
