PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and align with site requirements. You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate campaigns, and drive onboarding processes to deliver a positive candidate experience.

The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in HR-related fields and at least 4 years in recruitment or TA, preferably in large industrial sectors. On-site deployment is required on a fixed-term contract.

Qualificações

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR-related field with proven HR Generalist experience.
• At least 4 years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in mining or large industrial sectors.
• Psychologist certification is a plus and exposure to assessments.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and HRIS/ATS usage.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based on site with fixed-term contract.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities: requisition review, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, reference checks, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify position requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies across functions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and pipeline high-quality talent via job boards, social media, universities, recruitment events, and external partners.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and stakeholder interviews to support workforce planning objectives.
• Coordinate onboarding, relocation, and mobilization to ensure smooth transitions and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate TA records, documentation, trackers, and reports in compliance with policies and requirements.
• Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HCM policies and employment practices within site operations.
• Promote employer brand and strengthen talent communities to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including manpower requisition review, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, reference checks, selection, offering process and onboarding process to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers, internal stakeholders. and HCBP teams to clarify position requirements, establish talent acquisition priorities, and ensure timely fulfillment of approved vacancies across various business functions
• Support talent acquisition improvement initiatives; develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and pipeline high-quality talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, universities, recruitment roadshow, and other external recruitment partners; providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment campaigns, hiring events, stakeholder interviews to support workforce planning objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, relocation, and mobilization processes to ensure a smooth transition and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate talent acquisition records, candidate documentation, hiring trackers, and reports in compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of corporate HCM policies, procedures, and employment practices within the site operation.
• Promote the company's employer brand and strengthen talent communities to support current and future hiring needs.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline with proven years of experience in HR Generalist
• Have minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialist preferable within a mining, energy, construction, engineering, or other large-scale industrial sectors.
• Preferable have psychologist certification and has exposure in assessment area;
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, recruitment administration, and the use of applicant tracking or HR information systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
• Has initiative, planning & organizing skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
• Willing to be based on site with regular working days under fix term contract.
