Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, BA or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a Senior Specialist or Supervisory role.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and operational positions, ideally in shipping/maritime.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting, market mapping and talent pools.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function and support the company's continued growth. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-caliber talent across both corporate and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, and headhunting activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure quality hiring decisions.
• Manage recruitment timelines and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service level targets.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, recruitment effectiveness, sourcing performance, and market insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and talent attraction activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate attraction strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a Senior Specialist or Supervisory capacity, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both corporate and operational positions.
• Experience within the shipping or maritime industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical and niche positions, utilizing proactive sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and talent pooling strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience handling recruitment for managerial, technical, and specialized positions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
