Job summary

PT Citra Maritime in Batam, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, from requisitions to offers, across multiple functions including shipping and logistics. You will partner with senior management, craft sourcing strategies via JobStreet and LinkedIn, and build a strong talent pipeline.

A minimum of five years in recruitment and a background in executive search are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across managerial, senior leadership levels.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Collaborate with managers to understand manpower needs and business requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies; source via multiple channels.
• Conduct headhunting and executive search for leadership roles.
• Source and recruit candidates across functions, esp. shipping, maritime, logistics.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, assess competencies.
• Coordinate interviews, manage communications, negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipeline and candidate database.
• Provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and KPI monitoring.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and costs.
