Job summary

Adecco Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent for fast-paced business units.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while providing market insights and salary benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

• Proactive, organized, and hands-on.
