• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to candidates.

The role will manage end-to-end recruitment and work closely with management and business leaders to attract and hire the right talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong English speaker with solid recruitment experience and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends.

Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.

Strong candidate sourcing and assessment skills.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working with international stakeholders and in a multicultural environment.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience within beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, F&B, consumer services, or other customer-focused industries is highly preferred.
