PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities include conducting initial interviews, onboarding documentation, building a talent pipeline, and producing hiring progress updates. English proficiency is an advantage in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
