Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles in a fast-moving environment in Jakarta.

You will source candidates from multiple channels, shortlist, and help ensure a strong pipeline aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, assess culture-fit, and conduct interviews to identify top talent, while maintaining efficient processes and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles (engineering, data, product, etc)
• Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent team player, hungry to impact business objectives and map to tech talent needs
• Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit
• Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews daily
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
• Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
• Recruiting knowledge on e-commerce, marketplace, software-house, or fintech is a plus
