Job summary

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks an experienced HR Generalist/TA leader to design and execute recruitment strategies for professional and leadership roles at our mining site. Build pipelines, drive employer branding, and ensure compliant, data-driven hiring.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, monitor market trends, and partner with universities and networks to secure top talent in a competitive labor market. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in HR Generalist / TA recruitment with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding
• Experience recruiting for mining, engineering, technical, and operational positions is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing and assessment methods
• Experience with recruitment technology and ATS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Manage relationships with recruitment partners, universities, and external talent networks. Provide recruitment analytics, workforce insights, and strategic hiring recommendations to management.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 12-15 years of HR Generalist/ HCBP/ recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles as HCM / Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding.
• Experience recruiting for mining, engineering, technical, and operational positions is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing and assessment methods.
• Experience in recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong networking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talent in competitive labor markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
