Job summary

Talent Insider is looking for an experienced HR leader to manage on-site HR operations in Jakarta. You will oversee end-to-end HR matters and drive industrial and community relations within the area.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in HR, including 5 years in a managerial role, with multinational and local conglomerate exposure. Mining and smelting sector familiarity, plus strong matrix-organization communication, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• 8+ years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of being top HR position on site.
• Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus.
• Experienced in mining and smelting industry.
• Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization.
