Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations in our Jakarta-based team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
You will work closely with management to define manpower plans, develop recruitment strategies, and drive HR policy implementation. Strong leadership and knowledge of BPJS requirements are essential.
This is a Senior Human Resources Management position responsible for overseeing and managing daily HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily HR operations and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Work closely with management and department heads to identify manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with company objectives and applicable Indonesian labor regulations
Manage employee relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace issues
Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, BPJS, employee benefits, and other HR administration activities
Develop and monitor employee performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations for performance improvement
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate employee development programs
Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws, government regulations, BPJS requirements, and company policies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Proven experience working in an HR position within a mining company is required.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding.
Experience recruiting for various levels of positions, including managerial, supervisory, technical, and operational positions.
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
Solid experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and HR administration.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Previous experience supervising or managing an HR team is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and provide practical HR solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
Experience working in a multicultural or multinational mining company is an advantage.
