Job summary

Segari is seeking an HR Intern to participate in all phases of the talent acquisition process, from collecting role requirements to onboarding for mass hiring. You will help craft job descriptions, manage candidate data, and conduct initial phone screenings, while preparing recruitment analytics for the team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and a hybrid work arrangement at Segari’s Daan Mogot and Cirendeu head offices. A proactive student in HR/business fields will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet Express, Facebook job postings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms
• Maintain and update candidate data in the data base
• Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics
