Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in BSD, South Tangerang is offering a Talent Acquisition internship to support sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while contributing to talent development initiatives. You will help coordinate assessments, manage recruitment records, and assist with preparing reports and presentations for talent management projects, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate hiring function.

The role suits students in HR or related fields seeking teamwork in a fast-paced telecom

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience and strong interest in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in development and refinement of talent management processes.
• Coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives.
• Administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
• Prepare reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
• Maintain and update records and databases to track recruitment/development activities.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
• Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Have experience & strong interest in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
