Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet Express, Facebook job postings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements, promote open positions, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding for mass hiring.
• Support creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the database.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
