Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a capable Talent Planning & Data Specialist to consolidate regional manpower requests and maintain accurate records. You will track changes, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely updates across regional teams.

In this role you will analyze hiring trends, maintain dashboards, flag bottlenecks, and share data-driven insights with the TA Lead and stakeholders. Strong coordination and data confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics or Workforce Planning.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential data.
• Proactive, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with dashboards or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and consolidate manpower requests from each region.
• Maintain records of manpower requests, movements, and rehire data.
• Track regional manpower changes and notify TA accordingly.
• Identify data gaps and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Maintain hiring dashboards by region and report progress.
• Analyze manpower needs, trends, and gaps between demand and capacity.
• Highlight bottlenecks, delays, and staffing risks.
• Share data-driven insights with the TA Lead and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with STAR Hiring Regional teams on requests and updates.
• Communicate priority changes, data discrepancies, and risks promptly.
• Document issues, owners, and action items; support standardized processes.

Manpower Planning & Data Management

• Collect, validate, and consolidate manpower requests from each region, including role, headcount, location, urgency, and approval status.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower requests, employee movements, and rehire data.
• Track changes to regional manpower needs and ensure relevant updates are communicated to TA.
• Identify incomplete or inconsistent data and coordinate follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain hiring and manpower reports or dashboards by region, including open requests, fulfillment status, and hiring progress.
• Analyze manpower needs, hiring trends, and gaps between regional demand and hiring capacity.
• Highlight potential bottlenecks, delayed requests, and staffing risks.
• Share regular reports and data-driven insights with the TA Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Regional Partnership & TA Coordination

• Coordinate between STAR Hiring Regional teams on manpower requests and hiring updates.
• Communicate changes in priorities, data discrepancies, and fulfillment risks in a timely manner.
• Document key issues, decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
• Support consistent processes for submitting requests and updating manpower data across regions.

Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related field.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
