Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Jakarta Timur, Indonesia seeks a Data Analyst to transform employee data into actionable insights for People Partners and management. You will audit HRIS data, build dashboards, and support workforce planning with analytics.

Responsibilities include maintaining HR dashboards, collaborating with HR, Finance, Operations, and BI teams, and delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize branch performance and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, data visualization) with strong analytical skills.
• Able to transform complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), HRIS, or workforce analytics is a strong advantage.
