Job summary

Cimic Group in Indonesia is seeking an HR & Training oriented professional to organize HR functions and provide direction to staff. You will coordinate recruitment needs with the Hiring team and manage startup projects with Project Managers on timelines.

The role also covers design, implementation and administration of HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure new staff assimilate into Cimic Group's corporate culture on site in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree preferable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee HR functions and provide direction to staff within assigned areas.
• Collaborate with the Hiring team to support recruitment needs and timelines.
• Maintain start-up projects by coordinating with Project Managers on recruitment targets.
• Design, implement and administer HR policies and activities.
• Ensure new staff induction and onboarding to assimilate into corporate culture.

Key Accountabilities:

• To organize specific (or several) functional areas within Human Resources including providing technical direction to technical/professional and clerical staff within assigned areas
• To perform an effective and efficient two-way communication with the Hiring team on their recruitment needs, and render the right support, advice and assistance to them.
• To be responsible maintain effectively and efficiently all start-up projects by establishing regular meetings with Project managers on the recruitment needs and target timelines..
• To perform the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities.
• To ensure all new staff are inducted through the on boarding process in order to facilitate assimilation and understanding of corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Diploma in human resources management, undergraduate degree is preferable
• 5++ years relevant experience
• In depth experience in managing daily, monthly activity all areas of human resources
• Experience working on remote site
• Preferred construction/mining industry experience
