PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager for heavy industry projects in mining. You will oversee HR operations, industrial relations, recruitment, compliance, training, and performance management across sites and Jakarta HQ.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, or HR management, 3–4 years in HR, plus 2+ years in mining. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HRIS/Excel is essential.

Project/Site HR Support — VERY IMPORTANT
Supporting HR operations at remote/project sites
Coordinating between site/branch and Jakarta HQ
Handling day-to-day HR matters at project locations
Bachelor’s degree or above in psychology or law or human resources management.
Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Operations
Must have at least 2 years of experience in mining or mining contractor.
Must have a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws, including Law No. 13/2003 (Job Creation Law), relevant government regulations, and mining-related Employment and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) regulations.
Extensive experience in human resources operations, covering recruitment, employee management, attendance management, payroll coordination, labor relations, training, and performance management.
Familiar with mine scheduling systems and on-site personnel management.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel; experience managing large employee databases.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem solving, and administrative skills.
A BNSP Human Resources Manager (or equivalent HR certification) is a plus.
