Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor HR - Data Center to coordinate HR activities for the site, develop and align HR policies with company goals, and ensure compliance across Batam operations. This role drives HR processes and stakeholder collaboration to support project teams and workforce readiness.

You will lead HR activities, manage recruitment needs with project managers, implement onboarding, and design HR processes for daily and monthly activities, while supporting remote-site

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR management; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize specific HR functional areas and provide direction to staff.
• Maintain effective two-way communication with Hiring team on recruitment needs and provide support.
• Maintain start-up projects by coordinating recruitment needs and timelines with Project managers.
• Design, implement and administer HR policies and activities.
• Ensure new staff are onboarded to assimilate and understand corporate culture.

Job description

Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Supervisor HR - Data Center.
To coordinate HR work activities of the site of specific area to which he has been assigned according to maintain and develop HR policies, guidelines and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring that compliance and align with company goals and policies.

Key Accountabilities:

1. To organize specific (or several) functional areas within Human Resources including providing technical direction to technical/professional and clerical staff within assigned areas
2. To perform an effective and efficient two-way communication with the Hiring team on their recruitment needs, and render the right support, advice and assistance to them.
3. To be responsible maintain effectively and efficiently all start-up projects by establishing regular meetings with Project managers on the recruitment needs and target timelines..
4. To perform the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities.
5. To ensure all new staff are inducted through the on boarding process in order to facilitate assimilation and understanding of corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Diploma in human resources management, undergraduate degree is preferable
• 5++ years relevant experience
• In depth experience in managing daily, monthly activity all areas of human resources
• Experience working on remote site
• Preferred construction/mining industry experience
