Job summary

On Flame Studio in Uluwatu is seeking a friendly Receptionist & Front-of-House to be the face of our boutique studio. You will welcome clients, handle bookings via Momence, respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, and help keep the space organized and welcoming.

You will also support memberships, class packages, and retail items, while ensuring a smooth, lively studio atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills; warm and friendly.
• Well-organised, reliable, able to handle several tasks at once.
• Comfortable with technology: booking software, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Based in or near Uluwatu / the Bukit (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Front desk: Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Bookings & scheduling: Manage class schedules and reservations via Momence; respond to enquiries on WhatsApp.
• Studio operations: Run the day-to-day studio smoothly and resolve issues calmly.
• Social media: Manage and post on Instagram and other platforms to keep the studio active.
• Presentation: Keep reception and studio tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Sales support: Assist with memberships, class packages, and retail items.

About On Flame Studio

On Flame Studio is the first Lagree fitness studio in Uluwatu — a boutique studio bringing the high-intensity, low-impact Lagree method to the Bukit. We're building a warm, energetic community, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist & Front-of-House to be the face of our studio.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for every client — welcoming them, managing their bookings, keeping the studio running smoothly, and helping our brand shine online. You are the heartbeat of the studio's day-to-day experience, and a big part of what makes clients want to come back.

Key Responsibilities

• Front desk: Welcome and assist every client with warmth and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression.
• Bookings & scheduling: Manage class schedules and reservations through our booking system (Momence), and respond promptly to client enquiries on WhatsApp.
• Studio operations: Handle the day-to-day running of the studio and resolve any issues that come up, calmly and efficiently.
• Social media: Manage and post on our social media (Instagram and others) to keep the studio active, engaging, and growing.
• Presentation: Keep the reception and studio tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times.
• Sales support: Assist with memberships, class packages, and retail items (grip socks, etc.).

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills — warm, friendly, and genuinely great with clients.
• Well-organised, reliable, and able to handle several things at once.
• Comfortable with technology — booking software, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Based in or near Uluwatu / the Bukit (preferred).

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a fitness/wellness studio.
• A genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
• Additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia and others).
