Job summary

Body Factory Bali is seeking a Gym Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for members and guests at our Bali facility in Canggu. You will help create a warm, seamless experience from arrival, handling check-ins and inquiries with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Join our front-of-house team, manage daily reception operations, and support membership administration while ensuring a welcoming, well-organized area.

Qualifications

• Bali-based or currently staying in Bali.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or front-office roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
• Comfortable interacting with both local and international members.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Able to work on-site with flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, proactive, disciplined, and a team player.
