Job summary
Heat House, a heated infrared movement studio in Bali, is seeking a Team Leader for Front Desk & Community. You will lead the front desk and housekeeping team, coordinate with instructors, and drive revenue and fill rates while growing the studio community.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fitness operations, strong sales skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You should be based near Uluwatu or willing to relocate, with a love for fitness and wellness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in fitness studio, gym, spa, hotel or beach club operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisor or team leader role.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven sales ability with targets and revenue awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front desk and housekeeping team (4–5 staff).
- Coordinate class schedules with instructors and arrange cover.
- Own front desk SOPs and train new staff.
- Drive monthly revenue and class fill-rate targets.
- Manage bookings, waitlists and ClassPass slots to fill quiet hours.
- Send weekly revenue reports to management.
- Build community partnerships and drive member retention.
