Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a motivated sales and student success associate to monitor student progress, engage prospective students, and support the Academic and Sales teams. You will build relationships, provide guidance, and drive enrollment and engagement.

With a Diploma 3 and 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing or related fields, you will collaborate with the team, manage timelines, and communicate updates. Must be customer-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable using a smartphone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 required.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Own a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
