Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a proactive professional to monitor students' learning progress, communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team, and take appropriate follow-up actions to keep learners on track.

You will build strong relationships with students through motivation and guidance, support sales activities by engaging prospective students, and provide ongoing advice and solutions to help learners achieve their goals while meeting individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
