Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager CFS for Data Center to drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing Data Center clients. You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions and present them to key stakeholders.

Collaborating with the sales team, you will lead tenders, negotiate contracts, ensure payment collection, and report on revenue attainment while building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and owners in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in Controls, Fire & Security product.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection, Controls would be preferred.
• Experience in Building industry would be preferred; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to Data Center customers.
• Develop tailored solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation, prepare tenders and proposals, and close orders.
• Responsible for payment collection and monthly revenue reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and owners.
