You will tailor solutions, present to stakeholders, and work with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering.
• 5+ years as Senior Sales in Controls, Fire & Security products.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection and Controls preferred.
• Building industry experience preferred.
• Basic SAP knowledge advantageous.
• Ambition, good project understanding and strong contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to data center customers.
• Develop tailored solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Plan annual secured order strategy and achieve YOY growth in the region.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations and close orders.
• Responsible for payment collection and monthly reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
• Monitor competitors' activities and report findings.
