Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager CFS for Data Center to drive sales of Fire Control and Security solutions to new and existing Data Center clients.

You will tailor solutions to customer needs and present them to stakeholders, coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities while meeting sales targets. You will work to understand customer requirements, prepare tenders, lead negotiations, and ensure timely collection of payments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in Controls, Fire & Security product.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection, Controls would be preferred.
• Building industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to Data Center customers and manage opportunities from lead to order.
• Plan and execute annual secured order strategy; achieve YOY growth in the region.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations and bidding; close orders to meet targets.
• Manage payment collection and monthly revenue reporting.
• Develop relationships with contractors and consultants; maintain long-term service relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and provide industry solutions for customers.
• Promote BMS/Fire products to design institutes and integrators in the region.
• Produce localized master catalogues for contractors and consultants.
