Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales Engineer with exposure to Data Center.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners, and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection, Controls and Security products is a plus.
• Experience in Building industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and procedures; improve domain knowledge.
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with department goals.
• Achieve YOY growth target in the region.
• Prepare tenders and proposals for customers.
• Lead negotiations and bidding activities for optimum profit.
• Close orders to meet targets.
• Report monthly on secured revenue and non-financials to management.
• Develop relationships to maintain long-term service relationships.
