Job summary

Batam Marriott in Batam is seeking a Cluster Assistant Director of Sales to lead the property's segmented sales effort across group, transient, association and corporate segments. The role supports the segment sales strategy to hit revenue goals and maximize guest satisfaction while building lasting relationships with key customers.

You will partner with the DOS and leadership team to develop and execute aggressive sales plans, promotions, and revenue initiatives, while coaching the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Developing & executing sales strategies to drive revenue across segments.
• Maximizing revenue by setting and guiding bookings goals for the team.
• Collaborating with leadership to create promotions and sales plans for the segment.
• Building long-term, value-based relationships with key clients and accounts.
