Alila Manggis in Bali is seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead sales across our premium properties on a contract basis. You will drive revenue, manage multi-property sales teams, and strengthen market presence in the Bali region.

The role requires a proven track record in hotel sales leadership, strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, and strategic planning to maximise occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality sales management.
• Proven success leading a cluster or multi-property sales team.
• Strong English communication; Indonesian language skills a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue across multiple properties.
• Lead and mentor the sales team with a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build relationships with key accounts, travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends and prepare forecasts and management analyses.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and front desk to meet sales objectives.
• Participate in industry events to expand the business development pipeline.
• Manage sales budgets and resource allocation for ROI.
