Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bali, a luxury beachfront resort, seeks a Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Leisure segment by cultivating relationships with luxury travel partners, consortia, tour operators, wholesalers, and key leisure accounts across assigned markets. Work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to identify opportunities and maximize occupancy and revenue.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with at least 3 years of Leisure/FIT account management

Qualifications

3 years of experience managing Leisure/FIT accounts, with exposure to luxury travel programs preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.
Strong relationship, negotiation and account management skills with focus on revenue growth.
Ability to identify upselling and business development opportunities within Leisure segment.
Proven ability to build relationships with travel partners and guests to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth within Leisure segment by managing relationships with luxury partners and tour operators.
Collaborate with Director of Sales, Revenue and Marketing to identify new opportunities.
Maximize occupancy, market share and revenue across assigned markets.
Provide timely feedback from partners to optimize programs.
