Rhenus Logistics Indonesia PT. is seeking an experienced Project Logistics Sales professional to acquire and develop new customers in air, sea, and trucking, while taking ownership of accounts and driving cross- and upselling.

You will build long-term client relationships and collaborate with regional sales, overseas logistics experts and local operations teams. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in logistics, strong English and local language skills, and a customer-focused, data-driven

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or project logistics.
• Familiar with project logistics industry.
• Proficient in English and local language(s).
• Customer service mindset with data analytical approach.

Responsabilidades

• Acquiring and developing new customers in project logistics (air, sea, trucking).
• Taking ownership of accounts and driving cross- and upselling.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and collaborating with regional sales, overseas experts and operations teams.
• Preparing executive summaries, reports, proposals and presentations.
• Tender and RFQ support; ensuring deadlines and KPI delivery.
• Liaising with Project Operations for bookings of break bulk, barge, containers and equipment.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer information in internal systems.
