Job summary

SECOM Indonesia is expanding its SCM initiative under Marketing, identifying product opportunities and leading supplier negotiations. You will support Sales with viable solutions while Procurement handles purchasing execution.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, proven negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier development.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Proven negotiation skills with measurable supplier outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (SCM, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Commerce).
• Experience leading negotiations and cross-functional projects at Supervisor level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify product and supply opportunities through market research.
• Develop supplier relationships, prepare business cases for cross-functional review.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead time, warranty and service levels.
• Compare total cost and supplier capability to recommend sourcing decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and hand over onboarding to Procurement.
