AYANA Hospitality seeks a Training Strategy & Needs Analysis Lead to plan, implement, and monitor general, core, and management training across the group’s units. You will identify department training needs and design fitting programs.

Lead program evaluation, curriculum ownership, and content development; manage LMS deployment and cross-unit coordination; work with HR to budget and measure outcomes. Strong facilitation and MS Office proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, hotel administration, or related field.

• Plan, implement, and monitor training across AYANA Hospitality units.
• Identify department training needs and recommend fitting programs.
• Evaluate and enhance learning programs from concept to completion.
• Develop facilitator and participant guides and training content.
• Coordinate cross-unit rollout and monitor training data.
• Partner with external vendors for learning solutions.
