Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Learning & Development professional to conduct Training Needs Analysis, design annual programs, and align curricula with business goals. The role requires coordinating programs, vendors, and logistics, while maintaining LMS and training data.

You will monitor training effectiveness, develop IDPs, manage the training budget, and build partnerships with institutions to keep programs current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of TNA, competency development, and curriculum design.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HCIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis based on organizational requirements and needs.
• Develop annual learning and development programs and the training calendar.
• Design curricula, syllabi, learning materials, and training methodologies.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including vendors and logistics.
• Manage the LMS and training databases where applicable.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using evaluation methodologies.
• Prepare training implementation reports and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate on Individual Development Plans and competency development programs.
• Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Establish partnerships with training institutions and vendors.
