Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Advisory Contract Manager to oversee legal, commercial, contract, and risk management for major telecom and ICT projects in Jakarta. You will manage contract lifecycles, review, draft, and negotiate terms, while coordinating with sales, finance, and management to ensure compliant and favorable agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law and admission to practice where applicable.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on contract management, legal, or related roles.
Experience in Telecommunications/ICT; EPC or complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contract activities for telecom and ICT projects, including review, drafting, and negotiation.
Provide commercial and legal solutions to support sales while preserving protections.
Identify risks in contractual terms and implement mitigation provisions.
Monitor milestones, obligations, delivery terms, and project requirements for compliance.
Manage sales authorization, risk disclosures, and internal approval workflows.
Support contract quality improvements and internal control governance.
Analyze customer financials and project models to aid decision-making.
