• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Experience handling PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, or large industrial customers.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment, transformers, substations, switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with PLN and EPCs.
• Deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Manage post-sales activities and ensure project execution alignment.
• Visit clients and attend industry events to grow relationships.
