Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for high‑voltage electrical equipment. You will engage utility and EPC clients, deliver technical proposals, and guide projects from prospecting to handover.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, lead technical presentations, and negotiate contracts while ensuring quality and safety compliance. On‑site in Jakarta, with initial training in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business is required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing or power systems.
• Experience with utility companies, EPC contractors, or large industrial customers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, HV equipment, substations, switchgear, and power distribution.
• Proficient in English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare commercial proposals with suitable equipment solutions.
• Monitor tenders and procurement activities for power transmission and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management for project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, documentation, and post-sales activities in line with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and industry networking to grow market presence.
