Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a PLN & EPC Key Account | Sales Engineer who will drive business growth by developing strategic relationships with PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, and major industrial clients in Indonesia. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to commercial proposals and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Business.
Proven B2B sales or sales engineering experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or EPC/power systems.
Experience handling PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, or large industrial customers.
Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment and substation products.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts across PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, industrial estates, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend suitable high-voltage equipment solutions.
Monitor project pipelines, tenders, procurement activities, and upcoming opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management teams to meet customer requirements.
Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, project documentation, and post-sales activities.
Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and industry networking to strengthen relationships.
